For Personal Injury Firms · Paid Media, Done Right

More signed cases. Less guessing about where they came from.

We're the legal-only paid media partner trusted by PI firms spending $10K to $50K+ a month. LSA, Google Ads, and Meta — engineered around signed cases, not vanity clicks. Every dollar traced to a name, a case type, and an outcome.

The problem with most PI marketing

You're not buying ads.
You're buying noise.

If you've ever asked your agency "okay, but which spend produced a signed case?" — and gotten back a Looker Studio screenshot of CPC and CPL — you already know the issue. PI is too expensive a niche to run blind.

01 ·

Lead vendor death-spiral.

Costs creep up. Quality drops. One Orlando firm we now work with was projected to spend $2.4M with lead vendors before we replaced that channel internally. Half the "leads" were uncontactable or unviable.

02 ·

Attribution blackholes.

Your agency reports clicks. Your CRM holds your cases. Nothing connects the two. So you can't tell if the spend driving "100 leads" actually drove 1 signed case or 12 — and you can't optimize what you can't see.

03 ·

Generic tactics, wrong vertical.

The agency runs the same playbook for chiropractors, plumbers, and your firm. Then wonders why your CPL is "high" — when really, they're targeting people who'd never sign a fee agreement in the first place.

What clients tell us
"I had contemplated getting into paid online advertising for two years. I'd interviewed a number of different vendors. Never found one I truly felt I connected with — or that I had the right guidance from."

17 years. 10+ vendors before us.
One verdict.

"

In 17 years, I've worked with over 10 vendors in this space. This has by far been the best experience I've had. Every expectation I had has been met or exceeded.

How we do it

We don't just run ads.
We build the system that signs cases.

Six layers stacked together. Each one closes a hole that costs PI firms money. Nothing here is theoretical — it's the exact stack running on every active account today.

Transparent. Owned by you. Built so your spend is finally connected to your signed case ledger.

01

Accurate conversion tracking

Custom GTM container and a fresh GA4 property — no muddied tags from your last agency. Every form fill, call, and lead form fires the right event with the right value.

02

Source attribution with UTMs

Every ad — including LSA call-trackable numbers — pushes UTMs into your CRM at lead creation. You'll know if a signed $80K case came from a Meta lead form or a Tuesday Search keyword.

Meta Lead Ads with intake-grade filtering

Case-type screening, phone verification via Twilio, and disqualifying logic on "at fault" claims — built into the form before the lead ever hits your team. You get fewer leads, better leads.

Call tracking & lead scoring

Common questions

If you're a PI partner — these will sound familiar.

Pulled directly from intake calls with PI firms over the past 18 months. If yours isn't here, the founder will answer it live on a call.

How fast can we be live?

10–14 business days from contract signed to live campaigns. That covers GTM setup, CallRail provisioning, HubSpot integration, ad account access verification, creative production, and final QA. LSA can be slower (Google's verification timeline, not ours), and we'll set expectations on day one.

What budget do I need to see real movement?

$5K/month is the minimum we'll run any channel at — below that, you're paying for tracking that doesn't have enough data to optimize against. For PI specifically, we see clean signal start around $10K/month per channel, with the most predictable results in the $25K–$60K/month range across two or three channels.

Do I own the ad accounts?

Yes, day one. Google Ads, Google Local Services, Meta Business Manager, GA4, GTM container, HubSpot — all of it is in your name. We're added as a manager or admin. If we ever part ways, you walk away with everything: campaigns, historical data, audiences, the full stack.

Will you talk to my SEO team / case management vendor / web developer?

Constantly. We work directly with your SEO partner, your Lead Docket / FileVine / Litify team, and your developer. The whole point of the system is that the data flows between them. We've co-managed accounts with Josh Brown, Austin Hunt at Legal Guardian, and several internal in-house marketing leads. We don't fence-off; we orchestrate.

What if my intake team is the bottleneck?

It's the most common thing we see — and we'll tell you on the first call if we think it's your real problem. If intake is leaking signed cases, no amount of ad spend fixes that. We'll surface the data, recommend partners (we work alongside Legal Intake Pros and others), and not waste your budget pumping leads into a broken funnel.

I'm already running with another agency. How does the transition work?

We've done this many times. You give the current vendor 30 days' notice. We use that window to take ownership of accounts, audit existing campaigns, set up tracking properly (almost always wrong on takeover), and stage new campaigns. Day 31, we go live. There's no dark period and no double-spend month.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime, no penalties, no clawbacks on the setup fee. We recommend at least 3 months to see compounding results — but that's a recommendation, never a lock-in.

Who exactly will I be working with?

You'll meet Davor (founder) on the intro call, and he stays on every account. Day-to-day you'll work with him plus a media buyer on your specific channels. Total team you'll interact with: 2–3 people. Same people, every week. No account manager rotation.

Take the next step

Let's see if your account looks anything like Gibson's.

30 minutes with the founder. No deck. We'll look at your last 90 days of spend, your case mix, and your intake numbers — and tell you, honestly, whether we'd take you on as a client and what we'd run differently.
